Do you need a lawyer?
Does your issue involve the law? Does the other party have a lawyer? Could you lose your rights or your freedom if you don't have a lawyer?
If you answered 'Yes' to any of those questions, you definitely need a lawyer.
What kind of lawyer do you need?
Finding the right lawyer is critical to your success. Is the lawyer experienced in your issue? Is the lawyer familiar with the local courts and their procedures? What approach will the lawyer take?
These are all important questions to ask your next attorney.
Am I the right lawyer for you?
With over forty-two years of experience, I've tried and won cases from traffic tickets to murder and worked both sides of civil disputes.
You'd have a hard time finding another lawyer in McHenry County with the breadth and depth of my experience. But having said that, if I am not
the right attorney for the job, I will gladly refer
you to another lawyer better qualified to serve your interests.
